I need help.
I’ve just bought a Nuki opener and can’t wait to see it in action, but so far, it brought me a huge headache. (Please excuse my English if what I write is sometimes confusing, I’m French).
Once I bought the opener, I’ve realized that the version of the intercom I had was not in the list (bitronvideo AV1407/002). So I bought a Urmet 1133/15.
The issue I have is that the previous intercom works with 3 wires, and the instructions are for a 2 or 5 wires configuration.
I’ve tried to connect the wires in a lot of positions, but I can’t find how to make it work properly.
Does anyone knows how to move from a 3 wires to a 2 wires ? Or is there a solution to make the opener work with my previous intercom ?
I’ve spent hours and hours on the internet trying to understand something, and I came across this website.
