Hi, bear with me, as I am blind, and trying to get info, prior to my sons visit
I have a Videx 3011 intercom, which works brilliantly, bar one major (for me) issue. When someone buzzes the door, from outside, I pick up handset, but, although, I can clearly hear them, they can’t hear me. I only know this, as I’ve got my postman to test it with me
Obviously, when someone buzzes, they don’t speak, as they’re waiting for me to say hello, so I end up, just pressing door release button, potentially, letting anyone in. Not good, especially being blind
Any wiring advice would be appreciated
