I need your support, setup works for opening via mobile but not ring to open which cable has to be added to the clamp? There is a seperate bell connected does this have any impact?

Hi! Yes the culprit is the external bell, you have to wire the “-” screw of the bell directly to the opener! You need a cable with 2-wires reaching from bell to opener, and 2 further clamps, same as the one what comes with the opener for, getting the external bell to work, in such configurations!
