Nuki opener - fermax compatibility scam

I bought the Nuki Opener because on their website they say it is compatible with the Fermax 3311 intercom but it is totally false.
After trying to configure it according to the application it has been impossible.
I have not received a solution from the Nuki technical service at the moment.
My surprise is that, looking for solutions, I have seen in this same forum that the problem has existed since 2019. Many are the users who have asked for help and have not received it from Nuki support having to return the product.
With what this product costs, this misleading advertising is unacceptable. If I had known this I would not have bought this or the rest of the products (lock, bridge, etc.).
If anyone has found a solution please share it. Thank you very much and encouragement to the other users in my same situation, which I believe are many

Hello,

You must have, like me, a Fermax system running on a BUS VDS.
I feel the same frustration as you. I bought the Opener, had multiple exchanges with customer support, changed my intercom, and, most importantly, wasted a lot of time, energy, and money on a system that, contrary to what is advertised, is not compatible.

Like you, I had to post a message on the forum to express my dissatisfaction. Two years later, after several emails and forum posts, a programmer finally managed to fix my issue. I don’t know exactly what was done, but it worked… for a while. Last week, however, the building’s management disabled my intercom because it had been causing malfunctions throughout the entire building for months.

I managed to make it work by connecting the black wire to (-) and the red and orange wires to the BUS (L). However, this caused issues for the building, and I could only enable automatic unlocking after a call, without the ability to open the door on demand via my phone.

I hope a technician will intervene to permanently fix this issue or that compatibility with Fermax systems will be officially removed to prevent misleading advertising. When you see that they develop smartwatches but are incapable of handling basic compatibility issues, it’s simply pathetic.
