Nuki opener continuous mode opens when neighbours door bell is ringed

Hi,

I have a Nuki Opener, but when I activate the continous mode, the door also opens when someone rings at my neighbours place.

I have a BT-344522 17W04 070 (V12E).

Someone has a solution for this? Else this becomes unusable…
