I purchased and installed the entire Nuki kit. Nuki opener, smart lock and sensor. The purchase was made on 20/04/2024. 1 week later with my first client on Airbnb, Opener simply did not respond to the command to open the condominium door. And after that I didn’t recognize my password on the app and the low battery warning has started. I changed the batteries and the warning still persisted. There are many problems reported for such an expensive product. I thought I wouldn’t have a problem because I was buying something of quality but unfortunately it only caused me problems. I’m in another country, I was trusting the product and now I will have to pay an expensive ticket to go and try to solve the problem. On top of all this, the application doesn’t work when I add a user. I’ve already downloaded all the updates and nothing has changed! Help-me please!
