I have this problem where my Nuki 2.0 motor seems locked to the manual rotation en therefore operates very heavy when you open de door manually bu turning the knob. I’ve tried calibration and resetting the lock to factory default. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Best contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) for direct help (and you can already share error logs from the device that way).

I encounter the same issue at the begining, my concern was that the lock axle was not wall aligned with the Key axle. Untight the screews then try to move the nuki a bit while turning manually until the nuki ring turns perfectly. Then memorise the position and adjust it with a small piece of cardboard. Fix definitively the nuki and voilà.
