Nuki locks the door even if the door is open

I need some help here. My problem is that I have a Nuki 3.0 pro with a door sensor installed. I just installed it out of the box a couple of days ago.

Now my problem is, that if Nuki opens the door using the auto unlock feature it will lock the door again after a couple of seconds even when the door is still wide open.

I don’t need my door to be locked again after I arrive, because the door can only be opened from the inside if you don’t have a key.

So my best case scenario would be for Nuki to unlock my door and I just shut it without actually locking it, so I can easily get out again later.

I already checked the firmware and everything is on the latest version.

I found this post this that says development is the same is something to fix with software!

We are all asking for it!

Otherwise what is the point of the door sensor.

I have another system for alarm and to warn that someone has entered.

I bought the door sensor so that it would not close when left open.

But the door closes when it is fully open!
