I am the responsible person in our club for adding and maintaining users within the NUKI Smartlock.
The problem is happening repeatedly for a number of users.
- User is added to the Smartlock by me.
- Link is sent to the user.
- User activates their access
- User uses app to open/close the door.
- User is absent for at least 2 months
- User tries to open the lock again
- NUKI does not accept handshake between app and user
Is there a hidden “de-activation” in the app software? When checking in the admin settings all users are active and there are no “cancellation dates” for any of the users.
