Hello developer members,
I have a nuki box since more than 3 years and had no problem until 4 month ago when I needed to invite guests to my holiday home. I can create a permission (nuki web or app - no difference) and the permission can be seen in the user section, but no invitation is being sent via email. Nothing.
I informed the Nuki support, but since 4 month nothing. No progress. I write emails regularely and always get the same answer. The box I bought is useless as new users don’t get invitation codes.
Nuki admitted that it is a problem with their software.
I don’t know what to do. I bought an expensive Nuki box I rely on.
Anybody else with a Nuki box having this problem?
Any ideas what to do? (no WiFi near the box available).
