Nuki Bluetooth Hell! Terrible Setup

So disappointed with my Nuki Smart Lock. I installed it today - loaded the app and have been trying to get the app to see the lock for the last two hours! I’ve done a hard reset and tried 10s of time on multiple devices. Have no idea what to do next. What is also very concerning is that if the lock is so unreliable at set-up - it must be unreliable in use.

Anyone have any ideas of how this bluetooth/setup issue can be solved?

Would definitely recommend support. I’ve been using a Nuki lock since their Kickstarter, so about 5 or 6 years by now. And a Nuki opener since it’s out. Never had any doubts about its reliability and never had any complaints.

I have 4 Nukis, three are working perfectly, and with my latest one, I have the same problems like you.
Nuki support tells me that there is a problem with the App and Bluetooth connection with iOS devices and they are working on it. I hope the fix is out soon!
