Nuki alerts about critical batterie status

Hello,
For last 5 or 6 months, Nuki app sends me alerts about critical batterie status regarding devices that I don’t have installed ( Nuki door + Keypad). At the same time the Nuki power pack looses all the batterie power from 90% to 0%, suddenly.
I’ve tried with 2 different and new Power packs and it’s the same.
During this time Nuki pack is blocked and I cannot do it anything.


I’ve never had any such of device installed (Nuki door or Keypad)
After having tgis issue, when I change the power pack, some days later I receive the strange alert and the Smart lock 3.0 pro deads (Charged at almost 100%)
It’s a very critical issue for me because I’m in another country and I loose all the visibility about my lock/home only 2 or 3 days later.
Recently, I was at home, I reset everything from factory settings, I reinstalled Smart Lock from the beginning and only 23 hours later, the same message I saw you above and Nuki power to 0%.
I only opened and closed the door once in the meantime.
Could you please help here?
