I already was in touch several times with the help desk, but stil no solution (ticket Id 784413):
My Nuki Pro 5th gen. has problems to connect to my Keypad 2. Connection did work well in the past, since some weeks; problems to establish a connection and assign new fingerprints - always error 506. An update of the lock to beta 5.8.5 - re-established a connection that at least the keypad can be used with security code. But still no mgmt of fingerprints is possible.
