Nuki 4 Pro would not be accessable with App

Have installed my Nuki 4 Pro and with Matter at my Echo show 8 and all was good during installation.
Now I am away from the lock (it is in another country) there is no access via my Nuki App. It states, that it cannot connect.
Event I can access it via Alexa through the Alexa app. There I can open and close the lock, but of course not configure and see the other topics, which I have in my Nuki App.
Have asked my neighbor to unplug the battery and put it in again, this did not help.
Just access via Alexa but not via the Nuki App.
Any input how to change this (without going on an airplane to get there live to the device)?

In order for the Nuki App to gain remote access through a Thread network, the router has to support specific features. https://support.nuki.io/hc/en-us/articles/18155425155217-Requirements-for-Remote-Access-via-Thread

Are you sure that you ever had remote access from the Nuki App outside of BLE range?

I had this screen when I did the setup and thought it is connected via my Echo Gen. 4
How could I check from remote?

I think, you have to activate “Fernzugriff” (remoteaccess) and that should it be.

Exactly, please make sure that the “Fernzugriff” / “Remote Access” toggle is activated and in fact also check that it’s really working for your hub. The Nuki App also shows you on this screen if the Remote Access via Matter/Thread does not work.
