Could you please elaborate a bit what exactly your problem is? To my belief if you have a Nuki Go 4.0 with Matter support AND a Matter boarder-router, like an Apple TV 4K or HomePod connected via WiFi to the internet, you should be able to remotely access the lock

Your Thread border router must support NAT64.

To use Remote Access via Thread, your hub must provide Internet access and support NAT64. This ensures that Thread devices have Internet access.

SmartThings is getting NAT64 support at the end of this month.

NAT64 support came with the latest firmware update for the SmartThings hubs and it works as expected:

While at it, add the two Aeotec hubs:

  • Aeotec SmartThings Hub
  • Aeotec SmartThings Hub 2

All four dedicated SmartThings hubs support NAT64 now and it’s turned on by default. The Nuki Ultra connected automatically to the cloud after the firmware update without intervention.
