Nuki 3 pro, White light at the top of the device

Hi, the lock started having problems, at first the light was red and then turned to a white light (you can barely see the flickering) I tried to take out the power bank and put it back, I tried to take out the power bank - press the middle button of the lock and put it back to the device but without success pairing it with the app… Is there a solution?
