since the firmware update to 3.9.5, my Nuki Android app can only reach the Nuki 3 pro via Bluetooth. The Android app shows “no connection to the server” for the WIFI connection, but the Nuki 3 pro can be reached easily via Nuki-Web. Connection via bluetooth works fine.
Resetting the Nuki 3 Pro or WIFI connection via other routers didn’t help. Any suggestions?
Please contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) as this is an individual problem and might require sharing logs and other sensitive data.
Have you had any joy? Ive had the same issues since the update and so far ive been unable to resolve it with support
I removed the app from the Android and reinstalled it. It looks like the app blocked the remote access. Now it works again, but after a certain time the Nuki Smartlock 3 pro loses the connection to wifi. This Nuki wifi thing is very random.
