Nuki 3.0 Pro reports as UNLATCHED but is really only UNLOCKED

Hi there,

my Nuki 3 Pro reports as being UNLATCHED (“Door open” on web.nuki.io) but is really “only” UNLOCKED, i.e. the door latch is not held back by Nuki.

I have another Nuki 3 Pro on another door where this works just fine.

Both are on Firmware 3.4.10.

Any ideas on what might cause this behaviour?

A recalibration should solve the problem. Taking out the batteries in reinserting them might fix the problem too.

Could be because it was not properly configured initially.
