just recived today my second nuki 3.0 pro, and after putting batery inside, and holding the buttun, nuki start to flash 14x red. I also changed the battery pack, but same. No chance to see it the app. How can I fix it?

Similar here, was surprised it was deliverd with a flat battery, doesn’t say much for the state of the battery when left drained. Though I’m just attempting to charge mine for the first, manual indicates 10hrs 
. I’ll follow up on the outcome.
Just to follow up on my experience. Mine was also stuck in this state. I reached out to support, it took two attempts at running a factory reset routine via the app. This fixed the problem and allowed me to set up the device.
I have the same issue right on installation of the lock. I have done the reset multiple times now but it will still give me the blinking lights.
