An old thread but im wondering if anyone still has this problem? Ive just bought a Smart lock 3 via ultion so i know the lock mechanism is compatible yet i can unlock my door manually and it says its locked. This is a huge security issue
I have the same or similar issue.
Autolock is set to 5 minutes and “immediately after closing”.
Every once in a while, autolock just doe not work. Behavior seems to be the same every time with some odd activity entries:
When I turn the feature "immediately after closing off and back on and open and close the door again everything returns to a fully operational state.
Support has not been able to solve this yet. They even asked me to opt into the beta Programm. Latest suggestion was to send the lock in a get a replacement. That’s their approach to fix an obvious software issue.
