Nuki 2.0: after the latest firmware update (I don’t remember the version), Android app can’t connect to it.
It always says lock is offline. I don’t have bridge.
What I have tried so far:
1.) Replace batteries in Nuki
2.) Restart phone
3.) Force close Nuki app
4.) Clear cache on Nuki app
5.) Did 3 and 4 together
But still I can’t connect to the lock so can’t update firmware, can’t check battery, etc.
What else might worth trying?
(Location and Nearby Devices permissions are both granted)
NB: Nuki in past 2 years worked without any single issue.
