Notifications stopped working

Nuki notifications stopped working a couple of days ago (of course bridge is connected)
I suspect it’s related to the Nuki Web user because when checking activity log using regular users - all logs are up to date, but when logging in from Web user -
The activity log shows only old logs (actually there are no new logs since the notifications stopped working).
Any ideas about this issue?

First thing you should check is if the correct Admin PIN is set in Nuki Web. Therefore you can try “Update now” or sending a lock command from Nuki Web to see if it works.

These operations works via the web account.
Activity log shows up as well but without updated data.
