No Server connection

Hi!
I have a new SL4 Pro and the lock isn’t able to get a server connection. Yesterday it had it for some minutes, but no matter what network I try (they are all within 3-5m) it just won’t connect.
Is there a general server issue? Is there a firmware problem? FW: 4.4.9

it is disappointing and it is unsusable for me as far as the Wifi doesn’t work

Thanks but as you can see it doesn’t seem a server issue. It just won’t connect with the server. Yesterday it did for 6 hours then after trying so many things. I don’t know what eventually helped to get it to work. But after I tried to change the Wifi mode it lost connection and it is not possible to get it back. That’s so frustrating.
Am I the only one with this issue? If yes, I think the device is damaged, or what do you think?

Is it possible/normal, that it takes up to 4 hours befor it finally connects to the server? I ask that because today the same as yesterday, after giving up, hours later it started working…

Most probably you already tried to restart your WiFi router, or? Try to set your WiFi router to 2.4 GHz only and see if the SL4Pro will connect. I think to read between the lines that you have a WiFi repeater or mesh-node? Try to remove that one and see if the SL4Pro will connect. Out of my personal experience, you need to be very close with your phone to the Nuki lock when connecting to WiFi. Try to set the power-saving settings of the SL4Pro to “balance” or “performance”. Try to install the 4.5.2 beta version of the S4Pro.
