No notifications send to my iphone

Hi

I have Nuki pro 3.0, and the notificationfs worked properly on my iphone
i recently installed nuki door sensor and the keypad 2.0 and now i dont get any notifications on my phone.
i do see all activities in the activity logs - but no notifications sent.
i tried to uncheck/check the notifications knobs in the notifications menu - but it had no effect

how can i bring them back?
nuki pro firmware 3.4.10
door sensor firmware 1.1.2
keypad 2.0 firmware 2.0.14
