New smart lock 3.0 not opening

Hi

I had to locker 2.0 and worked with my door - then I decided to upgrade to 3.0 and once installed and configured this is unlocking the door but not opening it - it seems it has no power to make last click to open the door.

Any suggestion ?

Batteries are full and new and the firmware is updated
