I have a Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro and a Keypad 2.0. Every time I or anyone else of my family wants to open the door, it needs 3 times to unlock it. The first attempt leads to a longer spinning-sound. The second one is shorter, but doesn’t open the door. Only the third one opens it. I tried recalibrating it, load the battery, all the same. It seems the problem occurs, when the door is locked for longer than a few minutes.
