MQTT connection error on NUKI ULTRA

Hello,

I already have a NUKI 3.0 PRO connected to my MQTT broker.
I’ve just received my new NUKI ULTRA but I am not able to connect it to MQTT with same parameters.
(Mosquito broker on jeedom)
Error regarding user and password… but they are working on the 3.0 PRO. (error 89). password with 32 characters. Same wifi network.
firmware 5.4.6 installed
Any idea to solve my problem?

Hi,

I have the same issue here. SL 3.0 Pro works without issues and the new SL 4.0 Pro fails.
Have you ever found a solution?

Yes, I found a solution… I changed my MQTT password for another one, less complicated. And now it works.

Maybe it comes from a forbidden ASCII character…or the length of the password. I don’t know
