Matter Support

I activated Matter, and I have an AppleTV / HomePod functioning as a Matter hub. I’m not able to activate ‘remote access’.

In my home I’ve several HomePods and Ubiquity Access Points. Wifi works fine at the Smart Lock location (with an access point). But with matter I get a lot of offline messages when I want to connect.

Anybody with expierence that can guide me?

Same here. I have the smart lock 4 pro installed a while back and everything was working. Recently, the remote access is always off and not possible to activate.

I’m not sure what happened recently, but the Nuki firmware especially with connectivity has become very unstable and the support is trying to deflect the issues to others.

I have been a customer for a long time and always recommending Nuki to others. I’m not doing that anymore and actually thinking of removing my Nuki lock and keypad and going with another product.
