Matter pairing with Apple Home fails for Nuki Smart Locks (iOS Beta 18.4)

With the currently available iOS Beta 18.4 (beta 2 and beta 3) the Matter pairing of a Nuki Smart Lock with Apple Home always fails with an Error Code 129 - see screenshot below.

The topic is addressed and Apple confirmed that it’s going to get fixed in a future iOS 18.4 Beta.

I just installed the new beta 18.4 (22L5250a) but that does not seem to resolve the issue

We verified the new iOS 18.4 (Beta 4) version, with that build the Matter pairing is working again properly.

Note:
It may be required to attempt the pairing again if it fails.
