I try to activate Matter on a new NUKI 4 Pro. I am using an iPhone 16 Pro with IOS 18.3 and have an Apple TV 4k 3. Gen. in my network. After scanning the Matter code it starts with configuration but after 1-2 min. I get a pairing error. Rebooting of all devices did not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

I had to do over 30 attempts to “Matter register” my Nuki 4.0 Pro with an Apple TV 4K 3rd. The Nuki HelpDesk did not fully explain me what “happens in the background” at the Nuki servers when “registering”, but possibly they will react on your post and give you more insight.
I have the exact same problem …
