Not sure if this has been raised before, I have searched the forum but cannot find the same scenario.
The issue I have is when the lock is manually opened, the mechanism can be rotated to physically unlock and have the sensor show the lock is still active (solid ring). This action stops the door from locking when reclosed and is a wrong side fault and inhibits the door from locking again. I have optimised to the ‘significantly reduced locking distance’ and calibrated and still doesn’t resolve this overlap.
Has anyone else had this issue and know a way of aligning the sensor to match the lock action? I also have a door sensor fitted and the issue was before this was installed.
