The Nuki integration according to the templates smart lock states into Loxone Smarthome is not working anymore.
There are several users complaining in the loxforum regarding this issue.
Loxone support claims, the problem is on the Nuki side, and Nuki vice versa.
Before I bought 3 Nuki smartlocks and one bridge, I checked this topic in the internet, where was stated, it fits together.
I am using a Loxone MS 1st generation.
Is there somebody, who can help me?

It seems, it will only work with MQTT.
It’s so nice, the Nuki support explains, they are not responsible for my problem and so does the Loxone support.
And it was recommended, to post here, that would solve all my problems.
Am I blind, I can’t see any answers so far?!

Hi, MS Gen.1 does not support MQTT. I also use a Nuki Gen.5 Pro and a Loxone MS Gen.1 but with a Raspberry Pi as a translator (via Loxberry). This is working for me since my first Nuki 3.
