Hello all,

I have a Nuki Smart Lock 2.0, a Nuki Bridge and a Nuki Opener, I live in an apartment.
Auto-unlock is not working when I leave the building only for a couple of meters. For example, if I go to the store to get some food which is just around the corner, when I come back home, Auto unlock is not working. Never. If I move longer distances, it works. Everytime. So I guess it has something to do with the geo-location etc. Is there a setting that I’m missing?

When you go to the store around the corner, do you leave your home radius form more than 10 min?
It helps going to the store and checking on your nuki app if you really left the home radius or not.

I’ve found that (in my case) geo-location is not reliable.

Have you tried to decrease the range of the Geofence?
