Lock reacts only on first FOB signal

Hello
my NUKI lock behaves suddently strange: after reinserting the 4 batteries it’s working excatly 1 time ok (meaning opens the door) when pressing the button on any of my 2 FOBs. Any further attempt with any FOB has no effect anymore (!?)
Opening the door with smartphone or keypad is ok everytime in contrast.
What could the reason for this ? I’ve already re-assigned the FOBs at the ADMIN-Menue. Does not help
