Yesterday mu Nuki 2.0 went offline for about 2 hours. After that it tried to detect position and got a “motor blocked” error. I then tried to lock it remotely using app and wifi and it looked in the app like nuki is locking the door. Anyone has seen anything similar?
I use this Nuki for my airbnb rental in another country so it would be very difficult and expensive for me if it starts playing up.
I cannot try to unlock/lock remotely because it would open the door.
