Has anything changed about the keypad connection? Previously, I/customers of ours could close the door by entering the access code. Since some time, this no longer works and the lock only does (an attempt if open) to open the door.
No, there has been no change to this functionality recently. Please check your Keypad settings and/or contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) for more detailed information.
