Hi,
since a couple of days the finger sensor of our keypad 2 stopped working. The num pad is still working as expected. I’ve changed the battery and tried to restart but without success. For me it seem to be a hardware issue of the sensor itself. In the meanwhile I also reported this the Nuki helpdesk team and awaiting their response. However, I would like to know if anybody else witnessed the same issue before.
