I’ve used the combination since February this year. In the last month (since may) it seems that the connection between this both devices is lost once or twice a month. The behavor is that wheater fingerprint nor code are working when it happens. The only way to fix it is to do a factory reset on the keypad an teach in all fingerprints again. You can imagine that it’s not exactly fun when you have to ask all four people to do this over and over again every few weeks.
Does anyone else has this problem?

I have exactly the same problem. Happens regularly at random.
For me recovering with removing and re-adding the device also works (without the need to fully reconfigure). @Juergen are you working on resolving this issue? I see that there’s many threads on this and that it is a persistent issue (dating back to '23/'24). I’d hope for a 150 euro device, basic stability/reliability issues are considered high(est) priority.
