I’m reaching out for help regarding a persistent issue we’re facing with Nuki’s smart lock system integration through Upmarket. We at Sleepaways have integrated Nuki to manage access for our rental properties, but we’re encountering a problem where only the Nuki Openers are visible in the integration, while the locks themselves are not.
Here’s a summary of the situation:
- We have multiple Nuki devices installed, and they all appear correctly in Nuki Web.
- However, within the Upmarket integration, only the Openers are visible, and the locks aren’t showing up.
- The developers at Upmarket have checked everything on their end and said that it’s configured correctly.
- I’m not a developer, so I’m not sure where the issue lies, but Nuki customer support mentioned that this integration works via API and directed me to this forum for assistance.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Could it be a configuration problem on Nuki’s side? Any guidance on how to troubleshoot this further would be greatly appreciated!
