Issue when Internet connexion is unavailable

When my Internet connexion is down, Nuki bridge local http server is down so it is not possible to launch local actions by using http API on my LAN.
However bridge is connected on the LAN threw Wifi because I can ping it using its local IP.
And the bridge can see my Nuki Lock threw Bluetooth.
I think that there is no reason to shut down local http web server in this case but I think that is what the bridge does.
Can you pleas check that and fix this issue ?

This is something the current Beta firmware for the Bridge should adress:

Early access: Bridge Beta 2.4.x

Our internal tests show good results for the new Bridge firmware version. So we want to invite interested users to an early access to the new Beta version (as soon as available).
