I want to know if anybody has the same issue.
When the door is opened (unlatched) and I press the Nuki-button twice I activate “Lock and go”. After closing the door it will be locked. All correct until now.
The state of the door is 4 (locking) and will not changed to 3 (locked).
But now it’s not possible to open und unlatch the door. I hear some sounds of the motor but nothing happens. It’s necessary to open the door with a physical key.
If the door is closed and I activate “Lock and Go” (pressing the button twice), it’s possible to open the door again.
Is this a bug?
