Hi, I want to integrate my PMS Smoobu with Nuki.
I have a B&B with a total of 6 guest rooms. There is a main door that will be equipped with Nuki. The 6 guest rooms have a classic normal key.
(It would not work to equip every room with Nuki as guest would than need two different codes for room and main door which is not user friendly and does not provide a good guest experience)
Here comes my challenge:
I want to generate automatic codes with smart hosting for those 6 rooms that are valid for individual time frames. Every room arrives at different day and leaves at different day.
So I have one Nuki but need to map it in Smoobu to 6 different rooms/units.
Can anyone help me if that is possible?
Hi, I have a hotel with Nuki locks on each room door and Nuki opener on the front door. The hotel is therefore keyless. The guests can only get into hotel during the booking period, whereby the code is the same for the front and room door but with different time frames if needed. These codes are automatically created from the received booking information from Smoobu or other pms like Mews. So no manual interference needed. The guest gets send a webApp link automatically via whats_app/SMS on the day of arrival, and with this webApp the guest can swipe to unlock a door on their cellphone or enter the provided Nuki code on the Nuki keypad for their stay.
