Inconsistent Battery Percentage and Draining

Hello,
I’m a bit worried with the battery of my Nuki Smartlock 4.0 Pro.
Battery percentage is never correct, for example, when I check on Tuesday was showing 48% and when I check on Wednesday was showing 54% and today (Thursday) I received this message saying battery is critical.

I have received and installed the smartlock on 19/08/2024 and I have also fully charged it, so, I cannot believe that less than 2 months, the battery is almost completely discharged which is the far from the promised 6 months duration.

Any ideas of what can be causing this?

When you click 7x on battery level you should see a more detailed battery report. It also contains the Voltage. Please check which voltage levels are reported when you observe this behavior.

I have fully charged the smartlock over night so I don’t know if that affects the stats, but here it is

The battery pack of my nuki is 4,8V 2,05Ah 9,84Wh but all the photos I find online, these seem to be 4,8V 2,5Ah 12Wh.
This means my battery pack is incorrect and lower capacity?

Nominal yes, but useable energy is more in most cases.

Not in my case for what I have been reporting here.
In my case battery not only does not last near what is mentioned by the manufacturer also discharges totally inconsistent
