IFTTT is not working properly

Since March, 25th IFTTT ( Applet: 78600944d only reports lock/unlock-actions from one User.
In IFTTT Details Activity log says:
"Action skipped (Apr 10 - 10:46 AM)
Action skipped after 5 action errors

Ingredients

CreatedAt, April 10, 2019 at 10:46AM, Door: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, Name: XXXXX"

Any ideas?

In general we need this value to check the logs on IFTTT.
