How to see if Fob battery is low?

Hi there,
I was wondering, how could I receive a notification before the battery in a Fob is empty? I just found Keyless electronic door lock for smart access | Nuki The Smart Lock
which says nothing about “low battery”.

So, is there a LED pattern if the CR1632 is low, or maybe an entry in the Nuki Smart Lock log? Even better, an email somewhere?

The fob does not report weak batteries, but its very efficient and has a battery life of >100.000 lock commands.

I don’t see how that is a solution. I had the fob for 1 year and the battery died unexpectedly.
