How to reset a connection with Nuki 4.0 Pro

Today, I’ve lost the connection to my Nuki 4,0. I had an stable connection until now.
I control the Nuki from my home, 980km away, with the Android App
I could not update the firmware because it is required to have a bluetooth connection with my smartphone, but everything were going nicely.

My question is… How can I reset to restablish the connection again?
And another one… Is it advisable to update the firmware?. I’ve been reading that the newest version are unstable
