Often times some of the smartlocks we manage become offline:
It is a very severe issue and we wanted to set up an alert when this happens. However, it’s unclear if the “offline” status can be polled by API? I don’t seem to find the flag anywhere…

And why is there no push message if this happens? I had it more than 5 times that the door kept open after I had left my house for the whole day because auto lock didn‘t work because it lost connection to Wifi.
