How to change from Tizon Watch to Wear OS Watch?

Hello,

I have a Tizen Watch connection in my Nuki-App, But I want to replace this with an connection Wear OS version 3.5. Nuki app is not on my samsung Watch 5? How do I get it there? Nuki-App does not indicate a Wear OS connection option.
