How to calibrate the smart lock 3.0 pro?

Hi all,

I would like to know how to calibrate the smart lock 3.0 pro as I have tried to calibrate for many times, it still prompt a message saying that it was not in bluetooth range. I saw the bluetooth was connected however. Is there anyone with the same problem? It connected to wifi, bluetooth, server, smartphone. The smart lock is also mounted properly, I can lock it manually.
