Please I need help! I had the nuki smart lock 3.0 well connected and working, but my daughter started touching my phone and deleted it from the app 
. Now it is impossible to reconnect it, when I press the button, the red led turns on and blinks. There is no way to keep the yellow led on. The padlock is with the configuration that I put it when I installed it, but I can no longer manage it online. Please, how can I reset it without having it in the app?!?! I have seen that in Menu, Help, Factory Reset, it says that you can reset the device without having it in the app, but how?!?! Please help, I really need it 
If Nuki Web is activated you can reinvite your phone from the web interface (https://web.nuki.io). Otherwise you need to reset the Smart Lock https://support.nuki.io/hc/en-us/articles/4407665100177-How-to-reset-your-Smart-Lock.
